When this device sucks sharp objects such as metal and glass, it directly separates them and drops them into the trash can below to protect the filter.
- Automatic Pulse Backwashing Function: The dust-vibrating device is an important feature of industrial vacuum cleaners, which can effectively prevent the filter from being blocked. The automatic pulse backwashing device consists of a pulse controller, an air supply pump, an air tank, a solenoid valve, etc. The pulse controller controls the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, and backwashes the filter element in a fixed and quantitative manner in sequence, which can effectively clean the dust and debris on the outer layer of the filter, prevent the filter from being blocked due to long-term operation of the machine, and keep the suction force lasting. There is no need to turn off the vacuum motor switch, and the dust from the backwash filter is automatically controlled.
- Dust Collection Unit: Both the barrel body and the dust barrel are made of stainless steel with a capacity of 100L. The collection bucket is detachable, with wheels and handles. Just pull the handle lightly to separate and move it independently, making it easy to clean the garbage in the bucket.
