Description
The CYSD7P industrial vacuum cleaner is engineered for demanding industrial environments, combining high-efficiency cleaning, intelligent control, and comprehensive protection features. The unit can be flexibly equipped with a 12.5 to 25 kW high-pressure fan, achieving a maximum pressure of 50 kPa, ideal for handling heavy industrial contaminants. The collection device includes a discharge valve with timed release options, while pulse backwash and an internal cyclone separator ensure efficient filtration.
To safeguard the equipment, the CYSD7P features an automatic pressure relief device that activates to protect the motor when the set pressure is reached. The built-in electronic control system, including an inverter, PLC, and touch screen, allows for independent control of the electric box and supports various protection functions such as overload, overtemperature, phase loss, and overvoltage protection.
The intelligent control screen is designed for ease of use, displaying temperature, pressure, and alarm notifications, and supporting data logging and export, including key metrics like pressure, temperature, and runtime. The equipment also features an auto-shutdown function, stopping operation after 30 seconds when the temperature or negative pressure reaches the preset threshold. The manual/automatic switching design facilitates easy maintenance. Additionally, the CYSD7P can be customized with a high-pressure blower, Roots blower, or multi-stage centrifugal blower, making it adaptable to various industrial applications.
