Description
- The vacuum cleaner host can be equipped with two 12.5-25kw high-pressure fans. When two high-pressure fans are used at the same time, the maximum pressure can reach 50-70kpa;
- The collection device is equipped with a discharge valve (the discharge time can be timed);
- Pulse backwash cleaning and filtering; there is a built-in cyclone separator inside;
- Pressure relief device. When a certain pressure is reached, the pressure relief device automatically opens to protect the motor;
- The built-in main electronic control components (such as inverters, PLCs, touch screens) and turbine motors can realize independent control of the electric box;
- Built-in overload, overtemperature, phase loss, overvoltage and other protections, the control panel is simple and generous, and can be easily controlled; the alarm indication and start-stop buttons on the panel;
- It is required to have a humanized interactive interface and an intelligent control screen; it is designed with multiple visual adjustment functions such as pressure display, temperature display, temperature alarm, pressure alarm, running time, backwash time, إلخ.
- It can record and export equipment working data (pressure value, temperature value, running time, etc.) and fault alarm information.
- When the temperature reaches the set value or the negative pressure reaches the set value, it will automatically stop after 30 seconds.
- The touch screen can switch between manual and automatic, which is convenient for later maintenance.
This equipment can be equipped with: high-pressure blower, Roots blower, multi-stage centrifugal blower according to requirements.
